POSTCARDS FROM THE WILD HORSE - N0 13

This series of mini paintings, Postcards From The Wild Horse, was created in the run-up to my artist residency at Return to Freedom Wild Horse Sanctuary.

Each piece carries the voice of the herd — a reflection on freedom, loss, and survival — and invites the viewer to consider the uncertain future facing America’s wild mustangs. Like postcards sent from the land itself, they are fragments of witness and memory, asking us to keep the wild in wild horses.
