It will normally taken between 3 and 5 working days to process your order and to pack and ship original paintings.

Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail or courier service. I will send it tracked and signed for, where available.

Items can be returned if they are damaged or incorrect . I will refund the cost of the item and the shipping costs as long as the items are returned within 30 days, are unused and are in the original packaging (unless that packaging is damaged in which case the items should be packed in a manner that will ensure they are safely shipped back to me). Before returning any items, please contact me at jane@janejohansson.com so that we can discuss any issues and hopefully find a solution.

If the items are not damaged or incorrect but you decide that you no longer want them, then I accept returns as long as you email me within 14 days of receiving the items and then return the items in their original packaging within 14 days following the date of your email. Following receipt of the item I will refund the price for the item (but not the shipping costs). I can only provide a refund if the items are unused and undamaged upon their return.

Where you are eligible for a refund, I will credit the card which you used to purchase the items.

Please note that I do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.

Most of my paintings are sold framed and the detail will be on each product description .

Drawings and work on paper are often sold unframed. Please refer to the product description

Larger work on cradled wood panels have a sleek subframe with a depth of 5cm and can be hung unframed - many people prefer this more contemporary look and it means it can be shipped without costing you more. Equally you can take it to the framers and decide on a style that suits you best.

Please contact me if you would like bespoke advice or have any further questions – framing can be an art in itself!
